When you adopt from SAGA, your new friend will already be spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped (a $250 value!), ready to join your family.

  • Peppo is a 5–6 year-old mid-sized male Whippet mix who came to SAGA three years ago with tick fever and was treated for heartworm. Peppo fully recovered from those ailments, and now shows typical Whippet characteristics such as intelligence, sensitivity and strong emotional bonds with humans and their children. And while Peppo gets along with kids and other dogs, Peppo does not like cats. 

    po enjoys his daily SAGA walks. However, we believe Peppo may have had an altercation with a bicycle and human stranger, when he was young. When adopting Peppo, SAGA staff recommend using a secure leash and focusing on training and appropriate socialization for this lovely dog. SAGA staff can offer more specifics, as they, and volunteer dog-walkers, know Peppo well. The ideal “Peppo” home will have a tall, sturdy fence; and lots of love! 

  • Chica is a 5 yo, spayed female. She is approximately 35lbs and has been at Saga since November 2025. Chica is good with kids, cats, and other dogs! So sweet.

  • Lynda is a 7 year old female spayed Lab mix. She arrived at Saga in January of 2026 and is a beauty. She would prefer a home without any cats.

  • Newton is an 8 month old male neutered Lap/Shepherd mix. He arrived at Saga in March 2026 and is very friendly with cats, kids, and other dogs!

  • Turco is a 9 yo male neutered mixed breed dog!

  • Poker Face is a 1.5 yo, fully vaccinated, female spayed domestic shorthair cat.

  • Tommie is 9 month old male neutered cat. He looks like he has a history that maybe he will share with you if you adopt him :)

  • Tuxedo and Little Heart (aka Corazoncito) are 3-year-old brother kitties who arrived at SAGA together as tiny kittens. While they can be adopted individually, we are hoping Tuxedo and Little Heart are adopted together as a bonded pair, as they have been inseparable all their lives. Even in a roomful of cats at SAGA, these two boys are always side by side, and still play with each other like young kittens.

    Tuxedo and Little Heart are very friendly with humans. Since they have had no interaction with dogs, the SAGA team suggests they live in a dog-free home, or with a young puppy that they could warm up too.

    These brothers are healthy and have beautiful fur coats with the classic “tuxedo” cat colors, black & white. Tuxies are known to be friendly, easy-going, playful, talkative, loyal, and dog-like.

  • Toby is a 6 month old male neutered Doberman mix. He is approximately 34lbs currently. All of his siblings have been adopted, so he is really looking forward to meeting you. He is good with kids, other dogs, and cats.

  • Taylor is very friendly boy! He is a Lab mix, weighing approximately 54lbs. He arrived at Saga this past May!

  • Jazmine is only 4 months (11 lbs) old but she is already spayed, vaccinated and waiting for you!

  • Nova is a 3yo female spayed Husky who is ready to meet you. She loves to play and will chat your ear off. You won’t regret giving her a chance.

  • Chong is a very handsome male neutered cat.

  • Clarita has such pretty eyes! She is a 6 month old female spayed cat. She is also fully vaccinated.

  • Born in December of 2024, Dargel is a daschund mix. He arrived at Saga in January of 2025 at only 4 weeks old. He arrived with four siblings, all of which have since been adopted. He is friendly, playful, and great with cats, kids and other dogs! Dargel is waiting for you.

  • Ranger is a 5 year old male neutered Shepherd mix. He is approximately 62lbs. He arrived at Saga in April 2026 and is now healthy and fully vaccinated. Prefer household with no cats please.

  • McKenzie is a 4 year old spayed female dog. She has been at Saga since August of 2024 and we don’t know why! She is very friendly, good with children, dogs and cats!!

  • Doggy is a 3.5 year old male neutered mixed breed dog. He is very friendly! Come and meet him!

  • Cleopatra is a happy lady! She is 6 yo, spayed and fully vaccinated.

  • Cheech is 8 months old, and he is fully vaccinated.

  • Tortie is a fully vaccinated, female spayed cat. She is 7 months old.
